Refund and Cancellation Policy
Sometimes emergencies come up and cancellations are necessary. Unfortunately, there are many pre-workshop costs and bank fees, therefore an administration processing fee is applied to all cancellation requests.
30 Days or More Prior to the Event
30 days or more prior to the event a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply (or alternately you can opt for a one time transfer to any location with availability within the next 12 months at no charge). Allow up to 3 business days for your credit card to reflect your refund. There are no refunds or extensions after that 12-month period.
30 to 14 Days Prior to Your Scheduled Workshop
30 to 14 days prior to your scheduled workshop there is a 10% cancellation fee . We also offer a no charge one time transfer to any open venue location within a 12-month period. There are no refunds or extensions after that 12-month period.
Within 14 to 5 Days of Your Workshop
Cancellations within 14 to 5 days of your workshop are not refundable, however you may still transfer to another future workshop subject to a transfer fee of $50.00
Less Than 5 Days Prior / No Show
Cancellation requests less than 5 Days prior to your workshop, or a “no show” is NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE
Exceptions
Exceptions: Cancellations Due to Extreme Weather will be offered only as a Credit to attend a future Conference event.
