Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Primary Procedures, we take pride in providing high-quality live events with prepared food and perishable supplies. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our refund and attendance policy before completing your purchase.

1. Cancellations

  • In the event you need to cancel your registration, our policy is:
    • 30 days or more prior to the event has a $50 cancellation fee (or alternately you can opt for a one-time transfer to any location with availability within the next 12 months at no charge). There are no refunds or extensions after that 12-month period.
    • 30 to 14 days prior to your scheduled workshop there is a 10% cancellation fee. We also offer a no charge one time transfer to any open venue location within a 12-month period. There are no refunds or extensions after that 12-month period.
    • Cancellations within 14 to 5 days of your workshop are not refundable, however you may still transfer to another future workshop subject to a transfer fee of $50 per each workshop day purchased (example one workshop $50 transfer fee, 2day workshop $100 transfer fee, etc).
    • Cancellations 5 to 0 day prior to the event cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a ticket holder does not attend (“no-show”), the reservation and purchased meal cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.
  • A no-show does not constitute “services not rendered” since the event seat and meal remain available for the guest.

3. Event Cancellations by Organizer

  • In the rare case that Primary Procedures must cancel an event, all ticket holders will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at the ticket holder’s choice.

4. Acknowledgment at Checkout

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and No-Show Policy.
  • This acknowledgment is required at checkout and included in your confirmation email for your records.
