Suzy is a phenomenal instructor who has a true passion for teaching. Her nurse practitioner background is diverse and impressive. I learned so much from her and hope that I can be as proficient at the skills that she taught with due diligence and practice. She is very patient and spends so much individual time with the class.
Response from the owner:Thanks for the kudos! Suzy is amazing :) I will let her know! Uh

I recently completed the joint injection training course through Primary Procedures and had an excellent experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, approachable, and created a supportive learning environment where questions were encouraged. One of the biggest strengths of the course was the amount of hands-on practice. I was able to perform numerous injection repetitions, which significantly improved my confidence and understanding of the techniques.
The course was well organized and focused on practical, clinically relevant information that I can apply in practice immediately. Compared to other injection courses I have attended, Primary Procedures provided substantially more opportunities for hands-on training and skill development. I would highly recommend this course to any PA, NP, or physician looking to build or refine their joint injection skills.

Great workshop and seminar hosted by Primary Procedures! I love that they provided the material in a folder to take notes on and take home. I really enjoyed the instant feedback we got on the models during the joint injection practice! The class size was perfect and allowed plenty of opportunities to ask questions to the instructors! I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn or sharpen up their skills!
Response from the owner:Thanks for joining us Lili! It was great to meet you! We are SO glad you enjoyed the workshops. Come back anytime! :)

Thank you for holding such an informative workshop. Attending this 3-day CME event has boosted my confidence to perform skills that I was not given much opportunity to practice before. I highly appreciate how much thought and preparation it took for each class. From entering the classroom and providing us with the pen/highlighter, to the powerpoint slides prepared in folders each day and the bags full of supplies for us to train with. Not to mention the specialized models to practice administering injections and the different handheld ultrasound devices to familiarize ourselves with. Making splints on one another was a great way to learn while also breaking the ice and meeting new people. I also appreciated the delicious lunch every day. It's just one less thing to worry about when attending the class. Everything is provided for you, you just show up ready to learn! Bryan and Christina were great instructors who were also very personable which makes the class enjoyable and creates a highly engaging environment. Bryan is especially great at explaining/breaking things down in a way that is easier to learn and funny to remember. Looking forward to attending more skills workshop in the future!
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind review Maredy! It was great to have you join us for all 3 days!!!

This was a wonderful seminar and Jan was a great instructor. The content was simple and easy to understand. I am taking away a lot more confidence in my primary procedure skills and feel more sure in my ability to do splinting, joint injections, I&Ds and suturing. Would highly recommend.

Awesome course for new APPs or refresher class for those changing roles. Small class size, written and verbal instruction and demonstrations given before hands-on practice time. I have been a RN for decades, but as a new NP needed this for experience and confidence!! 🤓

Jan is fantastic. Loved the injection models. Although they only taught carpal tunnel injections, you can practice basal joint, dequervains, and DRUJ injections on the wrist model if you know what you’re looking for. Same goes for shoulder injections. This was helpful for me as a PA specializing in UE orthopedics. Reviewing digital blocks and I&D procedure was useful as well. Splinting on day one was helpful since I work in the OR and splint patients after UE surgery. Loved small class size which allowed 1:1 attention. If class was larger than 30 people then I think I might not have gotten the help I needed from one instructor available. Great general/broad refresher.

To all the classes (including my school) this is by far the best class I have been to. I have never understood suturing not until I attended Primary Procedures class. It is the most interactive, easy to understand, fun, and engaging class. It really helped me prepare for my Urgent Care job. I highly highly recommend this class. Plus, Bryan Webb our instructor was very accommodating, he teaches really good, he is an excellent educator, I never feel sleepy at all. He definitely knows what he is doing. I recommend attending the 3-day procedure class. Very comprehensive & informative yet easy to understand. Overall, I really enjoyed the classes and its worth every penny!
Response from the owner:What wonderful comments! Thanks Mikaela for spending time with me! I’m so glad I could help you prepare :)

This skills conference provided an excellent learning experience! I think it is also an amazing resource for NP students that feel they would benefit from more hands on, in person instruction. The course was highly interactive and truly hands-on, focusing on practical skills that are directly applicable to everyday clinical practice. The instructor, Jan, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and approachable, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where questions were encouraged and learning felt comfortable. The combination of clear instruction, real-world relevance, and active participation made this course both enjoyable and incredibly valuable.
Response from the owner:Thanks for attending Dana and for the great review! Jan is GREAT :)

I just finished the 3-day Nurse Practitioner workshop, and it was genuinely one of the best trainings I’ve attended. The hands-on practice with joint injections, suturing, nail trephination/removal, and other urgent care procedures was so practical and immediately useful for real clinical situations.
What really made the experience stand out was the instructor. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm, engaging, and honest about what he’s learned over the years. The tips, techniques, and little clinical pearls he shared were invaluable — the kind of things you can only learn from someone who’s been doing this a long time and truly cares about teaching.
I left feeling more confident, more prepared, and honestly excited to use these skills in practice. Such a worthwhile workshop, and I’d highly recommend it to any medical professional looking to grow their procedural confidence and toolkit.
Response from the owner:Thank you Stefanie for the review. It was great meeting you! And thanks also for convincing me to step out after the workshop to do something fun! :)

Bryan was fantastic! Very thorough and informative. He explained things in very easy to understand ways and created analogies that I will always remember. He had top of the line ultrasound devices which was great. The hands on with joint injections, cryotherapy, abscesses, ultrasounds, and suturing was very helpful. We even were able to bring home supplies. I would definitely recommend this course again!
Response from the owner:Thank you SO much for the kind compliments :) It was great having you both along!

Bryan Webb’s seminar was excellent! Worth every penny spent. He focused on the primary procedures we needed to practice. He was very engaging. His ultrasound lecture is amazing! His POC handheld ultrasound equipment are sophisticated and he backs it up with a lecture that is so easy to understand. The rest of his medical simulators are as sophisticated and helps with hands on training. I truly appreciate the 3 day lecture series. Thank you Bryan for sharing your expertise with us. From Boston 8/18-20/2025
Response from the owner:Thanks for such a great compliment Minnie! It was great to have you there all three days!!
