Sometimes emergencies come up and cancellations are necessary. Unfortunately, there are many pre-workshop costs and fees, therefore a 20% administration processing fee is applied to all cancellation requests 30 days or more prior to your scheduled workshop.  As an alternative we offer a No Charge-One Time Transfer to Any Open Venue Location within a 12-Month Period. There are no refunds or extensions after that 12-month period.  CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 days of your workshop are Not Refundable, however you may opt to transfer to another future workshop subject to a $100.00 “short notice transfer fee” the fee must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your original workshop date or your original registration is forfeited. Any Cancellation Request within 7 Days Prior to your Workshop or a “No Show” is NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.   We Appreciate Your Business!   THANK YOU!
